Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Member Experience and Sales Lead, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves overseeing daily member operations, ensuring superior member experiences, and driving sales efforts to attract new clients. Responsibilities include managing community engagement, responding to client needs, supporting onboarding processes, conducting tours, identifying sales opportunities, and fostering long-term client relationships to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Community Engagement to ensure an exceptional member experience.
- Proficient in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving skills to address client needs and build positive relationships.
- Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Knowledge of the co-working industry or hospitality/service industry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or sales tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
