Role Description
We are seeking a Member Experience and Sales Lead for a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves overseeing member engagement initiatives, managing day-to-day interactions with members, and ensuring a seamless workspace experience. You will be tasked with driving membership sales, building relationships with potential and existing clients, and actively identifying and pursuing growth opportunities. Additional responsibilities include coordinating events, ensuring operational excellence, and ensuring the overall quality and functionality of the co-working space.
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills to enhance member experience.
- Proven sales abilities, including lead generation, pitching, and closing deals effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with members and teams.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience in event coordination or planning is a plus.
- Familiarity with the co-working, hospitality, or lifestyle sector is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
