💼 Experience: 12+ Years

Key Requirements:
✔ Strong experience in Alloy Steel Casting Industry (Mandatory)
✔ Expertise in melting operations & furnace handling
✔ Knowledge of charge mix, temperature control & metal quality
✔ Experience with induction furnace preferred
✔ Good leadership & team management skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise melting operations
• Ensure quality and efficiency in production
• Monitor chemical composition & temperature
• Maintain safety standards and process control
