About the role

  • Fix and coordinate customer appointments (physical and virtual) for Sales teams.
  • Track, confirm, and follow up on meetings, demos, trials, and application discussions.
  • Coordinate proposal completion and action points between Sales, Application, Engineering, and Customers.
  • Maintain accurate lead, meeting, and follow-up status in CRM.
  • Assist with follow-up emails, MOMs, proposal tracking, and internal coordination.
