This dual-role position combines automotive repair and maintenance with customer service and sales at the front counter. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding service to our customers.<br><br>
</div><div>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>

<strong>Automotive Technician Duties:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, etc.) on various vehicle makes and models.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.</li>

<strong>Front Counter and Sales Duties:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Greet customers warmly and professionally, providing a positive first impression.</li>
<li>Assist customers in understanding their vehicle service needs and explaining recommended services.</li>
<li>Process sales transactions, including parts and services, efficiently and accurately.</li>
<li>Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification or relevant training preferred.</li>
<li>Proven experience as an automotive technician or in a similar role.</li>
<li>Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.</li>
