</div><div>About the Role<br><br>
</div><div>Megan Green State Farm is looking for a motivated <strong>Full-Time Marketing Representative</strong> to support local growth through in-person community presence, measurable marketing performance, local event outreach, and strong content execution. This role will help generate new business while building relationships with community referral partners and supporting paid search efforts.<br><br>
</div><div>Key Responsibilities<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>B2B In-Person Marketing:</strong> Represent Megan Green State Farm at local businesses and community networking opportunities to generate leads.</li>
<li>
<strong>Track Marketing ROI:</strong> Track ROI for all office marketing initiatives and help report results and recommendations.</li>
<li>
<strong>Find & Organize Local Events:</strong> Identify, source, and coordinate local events that support lead generation and brand visibility.</li>
<li>
<strong>Weekend/After-Hours Support:</strong> Attend and support events during weekends and/or evenings as required.</li>
<li>
<strong>Social Media Content:</strong> Create, manage, and schedule social media content to promote services and drive engagement.</li>
<li>
<strong>Build Referral Sources:</strong> Help identify, establish, and maintain local referral relationships within the community.</li>
<li>
<strong>Paid Search Support:</strong> Help support paid search initiatives (e.g., assisting with ad copy and ongoing performance improvements).</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills.</li>
<li>Must be extremely outgoing and personable.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in person and representing the office at events.</li>
<li>Ability to work <strong>weekends and/or after-hours</strong> when events are scheduled.</li>
<li>Organized and able to track marketing efforts and results.</li>
<li>Proficiency with social media platforms and basic marketing content creation.</li>
<li>Interest in learning/assisting with paid search marketing.</li>
</ul><div>Preferred Skills<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Experience with B2B marketing, events, or community outreach.</li>
<li>Familiarity with ROI tracking, basic analytics, and reporting.</li>
<li>Experience supporting Google Ads or other paid advertising platforms.</li>
<li>Experience building referral networks or partner relationships.</li>
