</div><div>About the Role<br><br>
</div><div>We are seeking a motivated <strong>Remote P&C & Life/Health Insurance Sales Representative</strong> with a <strong>proven track record of success</strong> in insurance sales. This role is responsible for generating and converting leads, conducting consultations, and delivering excellent customer service across property & casualty and life/health lines.<br><br>
</div><div>Key Responsibilities<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Prospect and sell <strong>P&C and Life/Health insurance</strong> to new and existing customers</li>
<li>Conduct needs analysis and recommend appropriate coverage options</li>
<li>Explain policy features, pricing, and benefits clearly to clients</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent follow-up</li>
<li>Meet and/or exceed sales targets and performance goals</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to improve sales processes and conversion rates</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Experience with a proven track record of success in insurance sales</strong> (required)</li>
<li>Strong sales skills: prospecting, consultative selling, objection handling, and closing</li>
<li>Ability to work <strong>8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST</strong>
</li>
<li>Remote work experience and strong self-management skills</li>
<li>Current or ability to obtain required state licensing for <strong>P&C and Life/Health</strong> sales</li>
<li>Must be able to complete the <strong>CTS assessment prior to interviewing</strong>
</li>
</ul><div>Preferred Skills <br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Prior experience selling both P&C and Life/Health products</li>
<li>Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools</li>
<li>Knowledge of lead sources, appointment setting, and sales funnel management</li>
<li>Familiarity with call scripting and performance coaching practices</li>
</ul>
