Senior / Lead SET/QA Engineer

Our QA Engineering team at MeetsMore is responsible for ensuring the quality and smooth operation of our products. MeetsMore aims to provide valuable experience for our customers by following good software engineering practices that produce excellent results and generate great customer satisfaction. You'll be joining our existing QA team which operates with plenty of flexibility. Communication between team members and product engineers is in both English and Japanese. We use various tools to automate testing such as Playwright and ensure best practices to ease testing and prevent incidents. Responsibilities Establish quality guidelines, refine processes, and provide quality education to foster a quality culture. Lead incident/defect trend analysis and countermeasures. Streamline and improve manual testing processes. Implement, maintain, and optimize automated tests across different test phases. Optimize and manage CI. Requirements 5+ years of practical experience in coding Extensive involvement in software testing and experience in improvement activities Ability to implement and improve automated E2E tests using test automation frameworks Ability to read official documentation for languages and libraries Conversational Japanese skills Nice to haves While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following. Practical experience as an SET/QA Engineer Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, etc. Experience in building and maintaining CI Well-balanced understanding of both automated and manual testing
