Assistant Manager - Content Commerce : Creator Side

About the Team Meesho’s content commerce team is a relatively new team that directly contributes to Meesho’s GMV/ NMV. This team works on identifying opportunities in the influencer economy to leverage them for Meesho’s growth. As part of the team, individuals work on exciting new problem statements & contribute to Meesho’s content strategy across various social media platforms. About the Role As an Assistant Manager in our Content Commerce team, you will work directly with the team leaders to own business-critical problems. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to identifying immediate growth levers, setting up processes, owning up their successful implementation and tracking key initiatives. Your end goal is to help us scale the Meesho Affiliate program from 1 to 10x. You’ll do this by brainstorming to identify new growth levers while coming up with ways to onboard more and more creators to create content for Meesho. This role will contribute directly to the GMV/ NMV.
