Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated and confident Manager to Lead the Cardio Respirator & Vascular Team. The successful candidates primary objectives will be to ensure that all accounts are processed in a timely manner, Group client accounts are appropriately administered, any problem accounts are investigated and that all necessary follow-up is performed to maximise client income.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any client queries relating to the team ensuring all necessary follow up and communications are managed promptly and efficiently
  • Attend relevant offsite meetings with clients or conferences which may include unsociable hours, ensuring adequate preparation is completed in advance
  • Participate in weekly Operational meetings and report on any variances relating to the team or clients; ensuring this information is communicated to the relevant members of management
  • Ensure the timely and accurate processing of all accounts on a daily basis - managed by working closely with the team in Wroclaw
  • Ensure the necessary follow up of outstanding accounts is performed and that team members are focusing their attention on key areas
  • Manage all HR functions of the team i.e. reviews, absence management, LT&D
  • Develop, monitor and drive targets on a quarterly basis in association with the Operations Director

Role Requirements

  • Educated to third level form a Business or related discipline
  • An understanding of hospital/insurance claims process a distinct advantage
  • Have advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge, i.e. formulas, pivots, macros etc
  • Excellent communicator of both verbal and written
  • Confident presenter with the ability to instill confidence in clients/groups and members of their team
  • Previous experience from a Team Lead or supervisor position is an advantage

Additional Information

  • Hybrid working pattern is available
  • Hours of work: Monday to Friday – 9:00AM to 5:00PM with a willingness to flex these when business needs demand

  • Ad hoc Travel is required as part of this role
