MP1 Solutions pioneered the Compliance Services Organization (CSO) — a new category of operating partner built to replace the fragmented vendor model that has defined compliance programs for decades. Built on the foundation of MedPro Disposal, the nation's largest privately-held medical waste company serving 35,000+ providers across 48 states over the past 15 years, MP1 Solutions extends that operational infrastructure, vendor network, and customer trust into a category we're actively building — and leading. We're doing it with a technology-forward approach, actively developing the AI infrastructure that will make this model smarter, faster, and more scalable as we grow.
What we do: We operate as the single compliance partner for non-acute healthcare facilities — consolidating every obligation into one coordinated program, assigning one dedicated account manager as the point of accountability, and actively managing the underlying vendor ecosystem through continuous evaluation, negotiation, and optimization on the practice's behalf.

Position Overview:
MedPro Disposal and MP1 Solutions compete in a high-intent, search-driven B2B market where our web properties are a primary revenue channel. The Web Developer owns the full technical layer behind that channel — building and maintaining our web properties, implementing CRO changes that directly move conversion rates, managing affiliate tracking integrations that feed qualified leads from our partner network, and deploying the chat and SMS tools that turn site visitors into sales conversations. This is a marketing-embedded developer role, which means the measure of success is business outcomes — uptime, lead flow health, and conversion rate — not just clean code. The right person understands how their technical decisions affect pipeline, and they bring that lens to every build and optimization they ship.
Key Responsibilities:
Web Property Development & Maintenance

Build, maintain, and continuously improve all MedPro Disposal and MP1 Solutions web properties — including comparison sites, campaign landing pages, and client-facing web tools — with a relentless focus on performance, reliability, and conversion.

Own site performance — page speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and uptime — proactively identifying and resolving issues before they affect lead flow.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

Deploy and manage A/B and multivariate tests on high-traffic pages using CRO tooling (e.g., VWO, Google Optimize, or equivalent); own the technical implementation from setup through results reporting.

Ensure all web forms are optimized for conversion — field count, validation logic, error handling, mobile UX, and post-submit flow — and that every form submission routes correctly into Salesforce and downstream systems.
Affiliate Tracking & Lead Feed Integration

Own the full technical setup, monitoring, and maintenance of affiliate tracking integrations for MWP and BMWS lead feeds — including pixel implementation, postback URLs, UTM parameter management, and lead attribution logic.

Build and maintain integration infrastructure between affiliate platforms, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Salesforce to ensure clean, end-to-end lead attribution.
Chat, Live Chat & SMS Tools

Deploy, configure, and maintain chatbot, live chat, and SMS tools across all MedPro and MP1 Solutions web properties (e.g., Intercom, Drift, Twilio, or equivalent platforms).

Deliver a clear, weekly report to the Director of Marketing covering site uptime, affiliate lead flow health, and conversion rate by page — with context and forward-looking action items, not just data.

Own Google Tag Manager — managing all tags, triggers, and variables across the web properties to ensure accurate tracking, clean data, and compliance with privacy requirements.
Qualifications:
Required

Strong proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP — able to build and customize web properties without relying on page builder tools as a crutch.

Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and affiliate/pixel tracking implementations — including postback URLs, UTM management, and cross-platform attribution.

Direct experience with CRO tooling (VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize, or equivalent) — setting up, running, and reading A/B tests, not just implementing someone else’s changes.

Experience deploying and configuring chat and SMS tools (Intercom, Drift, Twilio, or similar) in a B2B context.

Proficiency with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms (n8n, Zapier, or equivalent) for connecting marketing tools and automating lead flow.

High proficiency with AI tools applied to web development: code generation and review, debugging assistance, copy and UX iteration, and workflow automation. We expect AI to be a standard part of how this person works — not an occasional novelty.
