</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Process and manage electronic claims submissions and follow-up on outstanding claims.</li>
<li>Review and analyze claim data for accuracy and compliance with industry standards.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to resolve claim discrepancies and rejections.</li>
<li>Utilize EDI software to track claims and maintain detailed records.</li>
<li>Communicate with payers to ensure timely payment and resolution of claims issues.</li>
<li>Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to EDI claims.</li>
<li>Provide training and support to staff on EDI processes and procedures.</li>
<li>Generate reports on claims performance and identify areas for improvement.</li>

<li>2+ years of experience in EDI claims processing within the healthcare industry.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical billing practices.</li>
<li>Proficient in EDI software and claims management systems.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.</li>
<li>Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>High school diploma required; associate's degree in healthcare or related field preferred.</li>
