About The Role

Mediq Business Services Lithuania is now seeking a pro-active, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to undertake and manage administrative office tasks, ensuring staff and managers in the Lithuanian office have adequate support to work efficiently. This role is a blend of administrative excellence and business support - perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a central point of coordination. Role Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintain working conditions.
  • Invoices Management: Process various invoices and manage expense forms, ensuring timely payment.
  • Inventory Support: Assist the Finance Manager with inventory management by maintaining accurate records of office assets and supplies.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute Mediq Lithuania events, including meetings, conferences, and office celebrations, ensuring they align with the company's culture and objectives.
  • Office Culture: Foster a positive office culture by coordinating office events and initiatives that promote team bonding and employee engagement.
  • Ad-Hoc tasks: Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the executive team and office operations.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure office health and safety regulations adherence, managing related documentation and conduct safety drills as required.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, HR Admin or similar role.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Helpful, proactive and responsible.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English (C2 level).

Monthly Salary

Monthly base salary for this position is from 2,000 to 2,500 Eur gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
