Warehouse Operative - Nights

£23,091 annual salary (£13.44 per hour) plus a great range of benefits 30 Hours per week Shift detail: Working weekdays 22:30pm - 5:00am and on Sundays 23:00pm - 5:30am, flexibility required with Saturdays off Newport, Isle of Wight You don't need previous warehouse experience to join us - just the enthusiasm to learn and the desire to do a great job! In the role of a Warehouse Operative at our Medina Foodservice depot at Newport, Isle of Wight you'll pick, pack, and check the quality of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items, ready for our drivers to deliver. It starts with a full induction, but with our backing and optional accredited training that includes forklift, first aid and even HGV driving, there's no limit to your potential. And, once you're in, there are plenty of opportunities to move shifts, move roles and move up – if that's what you want to do. Typical shift pattern options available working either Sun, Tue, Wed, Thurs, Fri or Sun, Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri with every Saturday off. ​​​​​As well as an eye for detail, you'll need to be comfortable in a cool environment (we'll provide a free thermal uniform to keep you warm), be able to lift weights of up to 25kg and ideally have your own transport to get here.
