Job Description
Job Title: - Medicare supplements process - Process Lead
Location: Pune
Candidate Specification& Job Responsibilities
Candidate must have 4+ years of experience in Medicare supplements policies
Processes and issues health insurance policies of a complex nature.
Verifies and validates requirements to complete the issue process and re-routes files not in good order.
Keep appropriate parties informed of issue status, meet service level objectives for completing issue processes.
Reviews and analyses reports related to policy issuance.
Assists with payment transactions, correction of billing, and/or other issue-related matters that are specific to pre- or post-issue and policy processing.
Ensures risk associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
Candidate should be flexible working in shifts.
