AGCR is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Medical Writing Manager to lead and strengthen our scientific and medical writing function.

📍 Location: On-Site | Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Key Requirements (Minimum 5 Years of Experience)
- Proven experience in medical/scientific writing within clinical research or a CRO environment
- Strong expertise across all phases of clinical trials, with depth in late-phase (Phase II/III/IV)
- Hands-on experience authoring and reviewing CSRs, protocols, IBs, patient narratives, and regulatory submission documents
- Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team of medical writers
- Excellent command of ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements (FDA/EMA), and applicable style guides
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deliverables under tight timelines
- Exceptional scientific communication, data interpretation, and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Affairs
