Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Medical Transcriptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately transcribing physician-dictated medical reports, interpreting medical terminology, and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of patient records. Daily responsibilities include typing reports, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to privacy standards and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Transcribing, Transcription, and Transcription Services
- Proficient understanding of Medical Terminology
- Strong Typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior experience in medical transcription or related fields is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of medical records systems and HIPAA guidelines
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in medical transcription is preferred
