Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Teaching Faculty at MOKSH Academy, located in Navi Mumbai. The Medical Teaching Faculty will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality lectures, developing comprehensive course materials, and conducting interactive sessions for medical students. This role requires providing personalized guidance to students, offering detailed feedback on their progress, and designing and implementing test preparation modules and assessments. Faculty members will also contribute to curriculum development and collaborate with the academic team to enhance the learning experience using innovative educational tools.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in medical science subjects with the ability to teach complex concepts effectively
- Proficiency in creating and delivering test preparation content for medical entrance or exit exams
- Skilled in personalized student assessment, feedback, and progress tracking methodologies
- Proficient in leveraging digital learning tools and technology, including video-based sessions and automated assignments
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Relevant teaching experience or faculty position in a medical education institution preferred
- MBBS or higher medical qualification (e.g., MD/MS/PhD) required
