Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Superintendent based in Nagda, Ujjain. The Medical Superintendent will oversee clinical and administrative operations, ensuring high standards of patient care. Responsibilities include supervising medical staff, implementing healthcare policies, managing hospital resources efficiently, and addressing any medical or operational concerns. The role also requires continuous quality assurance to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. The Medical Superintendent will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster a patient-first approach to all hospital services.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, management, and team coordination skills
- Extensive knowledge in hospital administration and healthcare operations
- Proficiency in developing and implementing healthcare policies and procedures
- Effective communication and decision-making abilities
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with an additional qualification in Hospital Management/Administration
- Proven experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting
- Ability to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
- Problem-solving skills and a commitment to patient-centric care
- Experience in resource planning and utilization is a plus
