Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Scribe located in Hyderabad. The Medical Scribe will assist healthcare providers by documenting patient visits, maintaining accurate electronic health records, and ensuring data entry is complete and timely. Responsibilities include understanding and using medical terminology, recording medical histories, and streamlining provider workflows to enhance patient care efficiency. Collaboration with medical professionals and adherence to privacy regulations are crucial aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Scribe-related tasks and a strong understanding of Medical Terminology.
- Knowledge of Human Anatomy and skills in Medical Assisting - experience in GI is a plus.
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent medical experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality standards is beneficial.
