Role Description It is a full-time, on-site role based in Ajmer, responsible for promoting Sanatan Ayurveda’s natural healthcare products and services to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, wellness centers, and retail partners and esp customers. Day-to-day activities include building and maintaining relationships with practitioners and customers, presenting product(medicine) information and benefits, and providing accurate medical and product guidance aligned with company standards. The role involves achieving sales target. Medical Sales Representative will also handle customer queries, ensure high-quality service, maintain detailed records of sales activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, and the capacity to explain medical and product information in accessible terms.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, such as relationship building, active listening, problem-solving, and a client-focused approach to support long-term partnerships.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or wellness product sales, ideally in traditional or alternative medicine, is an advantage.
