Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our supplements products to pharmacies, making orders from new pharmacies, checking stock levels, and monitoring sales performance. The Medical Representative will play a critical role in ensuring our products are well-stocked and effectively promoted to healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Pharmacy Visits:
Regularly visit pharmacies to promote and educate pharmacists about our pharmaceutical products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists and other key pharmacy staff.
Identify new pharmacy accounts and establish strong business relationships.
Order Management:
Facilitate and process orders from new and existing pharmacies.
Ensure timely delivery of products and follow up on order status.
Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain team to manage inventory levels and product availability.
Stock Management:
Check and monitor stock levels at pharmacies to ensure adequate supply.
Provide recommendations for stock replenishment based on sales trends and stock turnover.
Report any stock shortages or issues to the Regional Sales Manager.
Sales Monitoring:
Track and analyze sales performance of our products at pharmacies.
Gather feedback from pharmacists regarding product performance and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our pharmaceutical products and industry trends.
Provide accurate product information and training to pharmacy staff.
Address any product-related queries or concerns from pharmacists.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for product placement and sales growth.
Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to the sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications:
Proven 2 years experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
