Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Sales Representative based in West Delhi. The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting pharmaceutical products within designated territories, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets. The role involves regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies, providing medical information to healthcare providers, and gathering market insights to enhance sales strategies. Maintaining detailed records of sales activities and preparing timely reports are essential aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Medical Sales, with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive results
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and sustain professional relationships
- Basic knowledge of Medicine and Pharmaceuticals to effectively discuss product benefits with healthcare professionals
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a self-motivated attitude for independent sales efforts
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills
