Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling medical devices and consumables to hospitals, healthcare institutions, and distributors.
Your Responsibilities
- Promote and sell medical devices and consumables to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions
- Build and nurture strong relationships with doctors, procurement teams, and distributors
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate healthcare professionals on device usage
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track market trends and competitor activities within your territory
- Address client inquiries and after-sales concerns promptly
- Attend industry conferences and product training sessions
- Travel within the assigned territory as required
Qualifications
- MINIMUM 2 years of Working Experience in medical sales, pharma sales, or surgical device promotion
- Strong communication and customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of medicine, pharmacy, and medical devices
- Proficiency in market analysis and competitor tracking is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, or a related field preferred
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
