Job Summary:
Eye Mantra Hospital is hiring a dynamic and energetic Medical Representative to promote the hospital’s eye care services and build strong professional relationships with doctors, clinics, opticians, and healthcare partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit doctors, clinics, opticians, and healthcare centers on a daily basis.
- Promote Eye Mantra’s services including Cataract, LASIK, Retina, Glaucoma, and other eye treatments.
- Generate patient referrals and increase hospital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with referral sources.
- Coordinate awareness activities, camps, and promotional events.
- Maintain daily reporting of visits, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly referral and business targets.
- Collect market feedback and competitor activity updates.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building ability.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Basic reporting and coordination skills.
Qualification:
- Graduate preferred.
- Experience in Pharma/Hospital/Healthcare marketing preferred.
