Role Description The Medical Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This role is responsible for promoting Esperanza’s mental health and healthcare services to medical professionals, clinics, hospitals, and partner organizations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales visits, presenting service offerings and programs, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, and following up on leads and inquiries. The Medical Sales Representative will manage territory activities, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate service information and a high standard of customer experience. The role also involves educating clients on available programs, addressing questions about services, and contributing to growth targets through ethical, patient-centered sales practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Medical Sales and a strong understanding of healthcare service promotion.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for presentations, consultations, and relationship building.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and support a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to accurately discuss services and coordinate with healthcare professionals.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in mental health or healthcare sales, familiarity with local medical networks, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or a related field is preferred.
