Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Medical Sales Representative to promote Curagers' home healthcare services, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and generate business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, corporate offices, and community networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market Curagers' home healthcare services to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospital administrators, and referral partners.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare daily visit reports and maintain customer databases in CRM systems.
- Participate in healthcare events, medical camps, and networking activities.
- Build partnerships with corporates, senior citizen communities, and resident welfare associations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare sales, medical equipment sales, or home healthcare services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel within the region.
