Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Chandigarh. The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting CHEMXTREE STANDARDS’ reference materials, impurity standards, and analytical services to pharmaceutical, biotech, and related healthcare clients. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying new prospects, conducting sales visits and product presentations, and maintaining regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. The role involves collaborating with technical and laboratory teams to understand product specifications, preparing quotations, and supporting clients with product selection and order follow-up. The Medical Sales Representative will also monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and contribute to sales reporting and forecasting to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including prospecting, product promotion, and relationship building.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills and Customer Service capabilities for engaging with clients and resolving queries.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to understand pharmaceutical processes and products.
- Formal education in life sciences, pharmacy, chemistry, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience selling pharmaceutical, biotech, or laboratory products or services is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage a sales territory, and meet targets in an on-site environment.
- Strong organizational skills, basic proficiency with CRM or sales reporting tools, and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
