Role Description The Medical Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding MomFirst’s presence across healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and wellness partners. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and conducting regular meetings and presentations to educate stakeholders about MomFirst’s clinical and wellness offerings. The person will be responsible for developing the partner channel and will be responsible to set up the vertical and drive growth before adding more members to the team.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales and Sales expertise, with experience in healthcare, wellness, or related medical products or services.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management skills, including team leadership, target setting, performance tracking, and territory management.
- Candidates should possess Sales Effectiveness skills, such as pipeline management, negotiation, and relationship-building with healthcare professionals and institutional partners.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track KPIs, forecast revenue, and refine strategies based on insights.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare management, or a related field, and prior experience in medical or healthcare sales leadership.
- Additional beneficial skills include excellent communication and presentation abilities, understanding of women’s health and maternity care, proficiency with CRM tools, and a commitment to ethical, patient-centric practices.
