We are currently entering a high-growth phase and expanding our network across the Bihar territory. We are looking for an experienced field professional to strengthen our institutional partnerships and drive market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Outreach: Visit hospitals and healthcare institutions across Bihar to build strong professional relationships with hospital administrators, procurement heads, and key medical stakeholders.
• Order Acquisition: Proactively identify institutional requirements, generate medicine orders, and secure purchase commitments to expand our market footprint.
• Market Intelligence: Map hospital requirements, analyze local market demand, and provide strategic feedback on supply chain gaps to management.
• Portfolio Growth: Assist in the upcoming expansion of our product portfolio by establishing a strong foundation of "ready-to-serve" institutional clients.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ years of on-ground experience in Pharma sales, Hospital Sales, or as a Medical Representative (MR).
• Network: Must have a strong, active network within the hospital ecosystem in Bihar.
• Skillset: Proven ability to close B2B deals and navigate institutional procurement processes.
• Logistics: Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler for extensive field travel.
