Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Medical Representative who will be instrumental in launching our new clinic in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in covering ENT specialists and will play a key role in building doctor referral networks, promoting our hearing aid and speech therapy services, and driving patient footfall to the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ENT specialists, audiologists, and other healthcare professionals across Indore and surrounding areas
• Promote Atulya Hearing's range of services including hearing aids, audiology diagnostics, and speech therapy programs to ENT doctors and hospitals
• Conduct regular visits to ENT clinics, hospitals, and nursing homes to generate referrals and increase patient walk-ins to our Indore clinic
• Plan and execute doctor engagement activities such as product presentations, CME sessions, and awareness camps
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and referral goals
• Maintain detailed records of doctor visits, feedback, and market intelligence using CRM or reporting tools
• Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure seamless patient experience from referral to consultation
• Stay updated on the latest hearing aid technologies, competitor activities, and ENT market trends in the Indore region
• Participate in health camps, community outreach events, and brand awareness initiatives in and around Indore
• Provide regular market feedback to the management team to help refine strategies for the new clinic
Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative, specifically covering ENT specialty (mandatory)
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with ENT doctors and specialists
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
• Strong understanding of ENT products, hearing healthcare, or audiology-related services (preferred)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
• Self-motivated with strong territory management and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within Indore and nearby districts
• Familiarity with the Indore medical community and healthcare landscape is highly desirable
• Experience in the hearing aid or medical devices industry is an added advantage
