We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented individual to handle pharmaceutical retail sales in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and visiting chemists, medical stores, and retail pharmacies to promote and sell pharmaceutical products. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and new clients to ensure consistent business growth.
The candidate will be expected to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively pitching products and understanding customer needs. Regular follow-ups for order collection and ensuring timely payments are a key part of this role. Additionally, the candidate should conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
Maintaining accurate daily visit reports, sales data, and customer records is essential. The role requires good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the retail market, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream (preferred)
- Prior experience as a Medical Representative (MR) is an advantage
- Willingness to travel locally for field sales
- Good interpersonal and sales skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven individual
