Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Mumbai, involves serving as a Medical Representative for Perdura Therapeutics. Responsibilities include promoting the company's skincare products to medical professionals, building sustainable relationships with healthcare providers, managing client accounts, and meeting sales targets. The role requires continuous learning about the company's products and the ability to communicate detailed and accurate product information effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to promote products and achieve sales targets
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with healthcare professionals
- Knowledge in medical terminologies and the ability to learn technical product specifications quickly
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and software for documentation and report generation
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or skincare industry is an advantage
- Willingness to travel locally and adapt to a dynamic work environment
