Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Representative, based in Gwalior. The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building and maintaining relationships with doctors and pharmacies, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires conducting product presentations, educating healthcare providers on product benefits, and staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Medical Sales and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for relationship-building with healthcare professionals
- Basic knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to provide accurate and professional product information
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-driven attitude
- Flexibility to work in an on-site role based in Gwalior
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
