Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote and detail the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, and stockists.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to generate prescriptions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent business growth in the territory.
- Conduct regular field visits, meet doctors as per daily call plan, and ensure effective product coverage.
- Organize and participate in CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), doctor meets, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the management.
- Ensure availability of products at chemist counters and maintain coordination with distributors/stockists.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on field activities and sales performance.
- Implement company strategies and marketing campaigns effectively in the assigned area.
- Maintain high standards of compliance, ethics, and professionalism
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good convincing and negotiation ability
- Result-oriented with a target-driven approach
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry
- Ability to work independently and manage territory
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc / B.Pharm)
- 0-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
