Role: Territory Business Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Promotion: Promote products to doctors and other KOLs within the assigned territory. Work closely with your reporting manager to achieve your sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Report regularly on sales targets and achievements to the Divisional Business Manager (DBM) and provide updates on market insights and doctors feedback as requested. Work closely with DBMs and other senior leaders to learn effective sales strategies and tactics, seeking mentorship and guidance to enhance your sales performance.
- Training and Development: Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your product knowledge, sales skills, and understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations.
Candidate Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in B. Pharma, B.com, BSC, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-8 years of experience in sales, must have in derma segment.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with the doctors.
- Taking ownership on achieving sales targets.
- Open to work collaboratively with the team.
- Proactive approach and quick learner.
