Position: Medical Representative – Gynecology Division
Location: Delhi / NCR (North, South, East, Central, West Delhi + Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Faridabad)
No. of Openings: 10 (Flexible HQs based on candidate location)
Joining: Immediate (within 7–15 days preferred)
Experience
Cost-Effective Experienced Medical Representatives (Volume Hiring)
- 1–2 years of pharma field experience (Any division – Physician / General / Derma / Pediatrics)
Ctc
- ₹5.0 – ₹5.5 LPA Fixed
- Travel Allowance (TA) + Performance Incentives
Job Responsibilities
- Promote company products in the Gynecology segment to doctors and healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Gynecologists and clinics
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular doctor visits, product detailing, and follow-ups
- Ensure proper territory coverage and market penetration
- Organize CMEs, camps, and promotional activities
- Maintain daily call reports, doctor database, and sales reports
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Skills Required
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Strong fieldwork and relationship-building ability
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and sales
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
