Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a US Healthcare Recruiter at TRITAL Care®. The selected candidate will source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals to meet client staffing needs in the United States. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment processes, maintaining candidate pipelines, negotiating contracts, performing talent assessments, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to meet staffing goals efficiently. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
