Role Overview
We are looking for a Medical Recruiter who is comfortable working in the sexual health domain and can help us build a strong network of qualified healthcare professionals. The role requires someone open-minded, professional, and capable of hiring across sensitive as well as diverse medical verticals as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and recruit qualified medical professionals including doctors, specialists, and healthcare providers
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates in sexual health and upcoming healthcare categories
- Engage with candidates professionally while maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and expansion plans
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking to attract talent
- Maintain recruitment data and ensure timely closures of open positions
- Stay updated with hiring trends in healthcare and health tech
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (HR, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred)
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (healthcare/medical hiring preferred)
- Comfort and professionalism in hiring for sexual health domain (important)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive topics with maturity and confidentiality
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools
- Self-driven and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in hiring doctors or healthcare professionals
- Understanding of different medical specializations
- Startup or health tech experience is a plus
