Description
We are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the West Coast region (based in TX). This role is responsible for delivering sales results by influencing, developing, and ensuring mutual accountability across our independent sales representative population to achieve strong and consistent performance.
The ideal candidate thrives in a results-driven environment, uses data to guide decisions, and builds strong, accountable relationships with independent partners to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Drive Sales Performance
- Own and deliver regional sales growth and revenue targets
- Influence and negotiate with independent sales representatives to align with business priorities
- Establish clear expectations and ensure mutual accountability for results
Develop & Coach Sales Representatives
- Train and develop reps on product knowledge and effective sales strategies
- Conduct field visits to evaluate execution and improve performance
- Support underperforming or new reps to accelerate results
Leverage Data & Insights
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
- Develop and execute action plans to improve performance
- Monitor KPIs and drive accountability through data-backed decisions
Lead with Market Intelligence
- Gather and interpret competitive, customer, and market insights
- Translate data into strategies that improve positioning and outcomes
- Provide feedback to internal teams to support product and marketing initiatives
Collaborate & Execute
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Product teams
- Represent Altimate Medical at identified industry events and customer engagements
- Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- 4+ years of industry or related sales experience
- Experience working with independent sales representatives preferred but not required
- Significant travel required within assigned region
- Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to support the West Coast region

We offer a competitive annual salary within the $100,000 - 125,000.00 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with variable compensation and profit-sharing opportunities tied to performance.
