Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Medical Oncologist with at least 2 years of experience to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with various types of cancer and providing comprehensive oncology care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat cancer patients using chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient condition
- Monitor patient progress and manage treatment side effects
- Collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, and other specialists for multidisciplinary care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Provide counseling and support to patients and their families
Requirements:
- MBBS with MD/DNB in Medical Oncology or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in oncology practice
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills
- Good communication and patient management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a multi-speciality hospital setup
- Ability to handle critical cases efficiently
