About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead clinical management of solid tumor and hematologic malignancies across inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Prescribe and supervise chemotherapy, immunotherapy, hormonal therapy, and targeted biologic agents as per NCCN/ESMO guidelines.
- Collaborate with Surgical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Pathologists, and Radiologists to design integrated care pathways.
- Conduct weekly tumor boards, document case reviews, and ensure adherence to institutional protocols and national oncology standards.
- Participate in clinical research and trials—screen, consent, and enroll eligible patients in phase II/III therapeutic studies.
- Provide palliative care coordination and patient education to enhance adherence, toxicity management, and end-of-life care.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- DM Medical Oncology or DNB Medical Oncology (NBE/ABMS equivalent)
- Valid NMC registration with active practicing license
- Proficiency in chemotherapy protocols & toxicity grading (CTCAE v5.0)
- Experience in managing common cancers: breast, lung, GI, genitourinary, hematologic malignancies
- Working knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) and chemotherapy planning software
- Ability to interpret PET-CT, genomic reports, and biomarker testing for treatment selection
- Preferred
- Experience in CAR-T or cellular therapy patient management
- Publication record or participation in multi-center oncology trials
- Familiarity with ICD-O-3 coding and oncology billing systems
