Position: Medical Officer
Qualification: MBBS
Experience: 0–5 Years
Salary- Negotiable
Location: Devendra Nagar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Monitor and manage admitted patients in the wards under consultant guidance
🔹 Perform routine patient assessments, clinical examinations, and documentation
🔹 Handle emergency situations and provide immediate medical care when required
🔹 Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and allied departments for patient management
🔹 Maintain accurate medical records, treatment charts, and progress notes
🔹 Ensure timely execution of investigations, medications, and treatment plans
🔹 Attend patients and family queries regarding ongoing treatment and care
🔹 Participate in clinical rounds and assist in patient care planning
🔹 Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, NABH standards, and patient safety guidelines
🔹 Support smooth ward operations during shifts and handovers
Eligibility:
✔ MBBS from a recognized institution with Permanent Medical Registration
✔ 0–5 years of clinical experience
✔ Good communication and clinical decision-making skills
✔ Willingness to work in rotational shifts
