About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide immediate clinical assessment and intervention for patients presenting with trauma, cardiac, respiratory, neurological, and medical emergencies.
- Perform critical procedures including airway management, IV access, CPR, defibrillation, and wound closure under time-sensitive conditions.
- Lead triage protocols to prioritize patient care based on severity and resource availability during mass casualty or surge events.
- Collaborate with paramedics, nurses, and specialists to stabilize patients and facilitate timely transfers to ICU or surgery.
- Document all interventions, patient history, vital signs, and discharge/transfer orders accurately within EMR systems.
- Maintain readiness of emergency equipment, medications, and protocols—including adherence to ACLS, ATLS, and local regulatory standards.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- MBBS with valid NMC registration
- ACLS certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Trauma Life Support (ATLS) preferred
- Experience in emergency room or critical care settings
- Proficiency in EMR systems and digital documentation
Preferred
- PG in Emergency Medicine or Critical Care
- Experience in pre-hospital or ambulance-based emergency care
- Fluency in regional language(s) for patient communication
