Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) professional at Aadhar Health Institute, located in Hisar, Haryana. The person in this role will provide patient consultations, diagnose and treat using Ayurvedic principles, prescribe treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, maintaining accurate medical records, and assisting in building awareness of Ayurveda among patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Ayurvedic diagnosis, treatment planning, and Ayurveda-based therapies.
- Strong documentation skills to maintain accurate patient records and prescriptions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Ayurvedic herbs, medicines, and rejuvenation therapies.
- An understanding of modern diagnostic techniques relevant to integrating with Ayurveda.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment and manage time effectively.
- BAMS degree from an accredited institution; valid registration with the respective state council is required.
- Prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting and a passion for patient-centered care are highly desirable.
