Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Medical Officer role based at Zeel Hospital in Sagwara. The Medical Officer will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, managing daily patient care, performing certain surgical procedures, and collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Additionally, the role includes training and mentoring junior medical staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Medicine and effective Patient Care practices.
- Experience in Surgery and performing medical procedures.
- Strong skills in collaborating and Working with Physicians in a team-based environment.
- Ability to provide Training and mentorship to junior staff and medical trainees.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required for patient interactions and teamwork.
- Medical degree (MBBS/BAMS/BHMS or equivalent), with relevant certifications and licensing to practice medicine.
- Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Commitment to delivering patient-focused and ethical care.
