Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Ranchi for the role of Medical Officer. The Medical Officer will be responsible for providing medical care to patients, assisting in surgeries, and collaborating with physicians on treatment plans. Other key responsibilities include delivering training sessions, supporting health programs, and ensuring high standards of patient care by implementing best practices in medicine and healthcare delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Medicine and providing high-quality Patient Care
- Experience in Surgery and collaborating with Physicians for treatment planning
- Skills in Training and capacity building of healthcare professionals
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Ranchi and adopt a community-focused approach
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution
- Prior experience in public health or working with underserved communities is an advantage
- Proficiency in local languages is a plus
