Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Officer based in the Pune Division. The Medical Officer will provide general medical care, manage patient needs, administer treatments, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure optimal healthcare delivery. Responsibilities include conducting medical consultations, supporting surgical procedures, providing training to staff, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards across the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Medicine and Patient Care to address diverse healthcare needs effectively.
- Experience in Training and guiding healthcare staff to maintain high standards of medical practice.
- Ability to perform Surgery and work collaboratively with Physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse community of staff and students.
- MBBS degree or equivalent qualification, along with relevant medical certification.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or educational institution is an advantage.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and ethical medical care.
