Family Health Plan Insurance TPA Limited (FHPL) is one of the largest and most reputed IRDAI Licensed Third Party Administrator (TPA) in the country. FHPL caters to the needs of Health Insurance benefits administration for Individual customers, Corporate Clients, State/ Central Government sponsored Health schemes.
FHPL is looking for Medical Officers who are interested to work in
Health Insurance Claims processing and looking for long term commitment.
Location: Hyderabad, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Chennai.
Responsibilities
- To scrutinize the claims as per the checklist.
- Co-ordinate with CRM team for obtaining benefit plans of corporate and ensure that the same is documented and followed.
- Correspond and communicate to the investigator by giving triggers to the investigation team regarding CDRF and surveyor cases.
- Coordinate with CRM team and help them in sorting out critical issues and in settlement of priority claims.
- Final authority to decide on the status of claim.
Qualifications & Experience
Freshers with BHMS/BUMS/BAMS registration certificate can apply OR
BDS/PharmD with 1+ years experience can also apply.
Willing to work for Insurance TPA and it's WFO.
