Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Anand for a Medical Officer. The Medical Officer will oversee patient care, diagnose and treat medical conditions, and participate in surgical procedures as required. Responsibilities also include providing medical advice, collaborating with physicians, and conducting training sessions to ensure adherence to best practices. The position entails providing clinical support and monitoring patient progress to achieve optimal health outcomes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Medicine and Patient Care, with a strong focus on diagnosis and treatment
- Ability to work collaboratively with other Physicians in a team environment to deliver comprehensive care
- Experience in Surgery and related procedures
- Skills in Training and mentoring healthcare staff
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
- MBBS degree or equivalent qualification; additional certifications or specialization is a plus
- Strong understanding of healthcare protocols and patient welfare practices
